Sony closed its annual PlayStation Experience event by announcing The Last of Us 2,a sequel to Naughty Dog’s 2013 post-apocalyptic shooter. The trailer showcased an older Ellie from the original game as well as the return of Joel.
No release date or other details were shared and Naughty Dog’s announcement tweet contained only the logo image below. However, Neil Druckmann from Naughty Dog wrote in a post on the PlayStation Blog that more information on the game will arrive in the coming months.
